John Bailes, CPA

John W. Bailes, CPA is a Shareholder in the tax division of LBMC, PC in the Knoxville office where he works on a wide variety of business and individual engagements.

He is also the leader of Knoxville’s Accounting Services practice, which provides a wide range of accounting, data processing, financial statement and payroll services for small to medium-sized companies that desire to outsource some or all of their accounting functions.

John has diversified experience across a variety of industries. He has significant experience in the areas of physician groups, construction, real estate development and rental property management, and transaction planning.  He provides services in the areas of individual and business income taxation, small business accounting, compilation and review services, and consulting services.
